Tenant Member Information

There are regular community events and excursions in which to participate, which helps foster our community ethos. We also work with other agencies to develop new servies for our tenants including training for committee members. We positively encourage members to come to us with ideas on different types of activities and look to create links with agencies working in the Belgrave area. All CHC tenant members can expect: a good quality, well maintained home, an affordable rent, a reliable repairs and maintenance service, access to friendly, experienced housing professionals, the opportunity to have a say in how we are run and the chance to meet other CHC tenant members.
